Hi guys, mig33 has been going through a lot of changes this year and progressively we’re trying to provide not only better software but also better services. Just launched not too long ago is our very own official ‘mig33 Cares’ group! This group is open to all users to join and through it you will get customer support from mig33 staff!
Objective
mig33 Cares not only provides you support but it’s also your source of information. Keep yourself up to date about what’s going on in mig33 as we will be posting announcements, news, events and any latest update about mig33.
Support
Now there are a few things I would like to mention before you head on your way to join us there and start posting questions or tickets you have. mig33 Cares is a group for users to post up issues which are not resolved if customer service is not able to reply within their 48 hours timeline. So just because you’ve just sent an email, don’t go posting up your ticket there the very same day. Tickets that are more than 3 days will be looked into first.

2. Go to Chatrooms > Stadium Lobby.
3. Post your ticket and description about what is the case about.
4. Customer Service staff will check the ticket date and we will private the user that posted the ticket.
