Steps to Use ICU :
1. Run ICU Tool in your PC. Make sure its connected to the internet.
2. Enter the username and the password for the (Control Spy).
3. Enter the username and the passwords for the First, Second and third Multy Set by pressing (IDs Setup) For each set. (Note : Set Must contain Fully working Mig33 IDs).
4. Enter the username For the Controller (Your main ID that you will use to private chat the (Control Spy)).
5. Login (Control Spy) ID by pressing the Login\Reconnect Button on the Top Left corner.
6. Login Mig33 with your (Controller ID).
7. Private Chat the (Control Spy) using the (Controller ID) with the commands that are in the Help.txt File Included! with the project!
